The final practice session ahead of this afternoon’s qualifying run at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park delivered a familiar car and name atop the charts as Michael Shank Racing’s Ozz Negri clocked a 1:09.168 in the No. 60 Ligier JS P2-Honda. Dane Cameron’s 1:09.645 in the No. 31 Action Express Racing Corvette DP was good enough for second, and the sister No. 5 Action Express Racing Corvette DP piloted by Christian Fittipaldi was third (1:09.709).

Nick Tandy returned to the top in GT Le Mans (1:14.429) with the No. 911 Porsche 911 RSR (pictured), just 0.038 ahead of Dirk Werner in the No. 25 BMW team RLL Z4 (1:14.467). Antonio Garcia (1:14.534) in the No. 3 Corvette C7.R was third. Tandy’s session was cut short, however, with an off that damaged the front of the 911.

After flirting with the fastest lap in PC during FP1 and FP2, Starworks Motorsport’s Renger van der Zande went fastest in FP3 in the No. 8 PC (1:10.831) to lead Colin Braun in the No. 54 CORE autosport entry (1:11.086), and Chris Cumming in the No. 11 RSR Pc (1:11.541).

Qualifying for the Mobil 1 Sportscar Grand Prix at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park begins at 4:40 ET.
