Stewart-Haas Racing and Nature’s Bakery have reached an agreement that will drop all the lawsuits the two sides have filed.

Friday night, Stewart-Haas Racing announced it had come to an agreement with the fig bar company to where Nature’s Bakery would sponsor four Monster Energy Cup Series races split between Danica Patrick and Clint Bowyer. Those races will be announced at a later date.

“It’s gratifying to see a difficult situation get resolved in a professional manner that suits all parties,” Brett Frood, president of Stewart-Haas Racing, said in a team release. “Together, we worked diligently to find an equitable solution to our collective challenges.”

In January, Nature’s Bakery informed Stewart-Haas Racing it was terminating its primary sponsorship of Patrick’s No. 10 Ford after one year of a three-deal. In response, Stewart-Haas Racing filed a $31 million breach of contract lawsuit against the company but Nature’s Bakery filed a counterclaim and among its allegations said it had not seen the return it expected.

I am a longtime motorsports fan, and particularly, a fan of NASCAR,” said Dave Marson, the founder of Nature’s Bakery. “Our partnership with Stewart-Haas Racing began with direct, open conversations and that foundation allowed us to reach this agreement.”

The agreement helps both Patrick and Bowyer as neither driver is fully sponsored this season.
